The website has no customer accounts.

The website's guidance assistant collects no personal data: only your profile, city and the product viewed are used to direct you to your regional contact. Questions typed into the assistant are processed by a third-party artificial intelligence service (Anthropic) to generate an answer; do not enter any personal information.

The “Contact us” form collects your contact details and your message solely to answer your request, in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08.

If you then contact the partner or sales representative suggested by the assistant (WhatsApp, phone), they receive the information you choose to send them.

Comparison tool: your selection is stored in your browser's local storage; it stays on your device and is not sent to us.

The website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

Technical logs of the host (IP address, date, page requested): kept by the host under its own policy, for the security and proper operation of the website.

Purposes

Answering your requests: technical information, documentation, support for your projects.

Your data is used for no other purpose and is neither sold nor transferred.

Recipients

FAPELEC's sales and technical teams, within the limits of their responsibilities.

Retention period

Business exchanges (the “Contact us” form and assistant conversations passed on to FAPELEC) are kept for 24 months, then deleted.

Third-party services

The WhatsApp, Google Maps and LinkedIn links open third-party services subject to their own terms; they are only activated if you click on them.

Your rights

In accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access and rectify your data and, on legitimate grounds, to object to its processing.

To exercise them, send your request via the “Contact us” form. You may also refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP, www.cndp.ma).
